ORDINANCE NO. 09-2026
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKESIDE PARK, KENTUCKY AMENDING CHAPTER 40: MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS, ARTICLE II, PARKING, SECTION 40.250 TITLED STREETS WITH NO PARKING
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend Ordinance No. 5-2019 Codified as Sections 40.250, enacted October 14, 2019, and relating to “No Parking Regulations,” in the City of Lakeside Park, Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 3-2022 was issued separate versus amended to Ordinance No. 5-2019, will be withdrawn and amended to Ordinance No. 09-2026; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Lakeside Park, Kenton County, Kentucky that Chapter 40 titled “MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATION, ARTICLE II PARKING,” Section 40.250 titled “Streets with No Parking” be amended as follows:
40.250 STREETS WITH NO PARKING
All streets are designated as having no parking at any place where official signs prohibit stopping and parking or restrict parking for handicap access. This does not apply to police officers when operating properly identified vehicles during the performance of their official duties. Streets identified below possess specific parking restrictions:

Della Way Circle Within five feet of the end of the cul-de-sac And/or circle
Evergreen Avenue Court Both From its intersection with Hudson to its intersection with Locust Avenue. Entire Extent
Farmcrest Court Circle Within five feet of the end at the cul-de-sac.
Farmdale Court Circle Within five feet of the end at the cul-de-sac.

Farmington Drive North From Turkeyfoot Road to the first driveway on the north side of Farmington Drive.
Geisen Avenue Circle Within five feet of the end at the cul-de-sac.
Gilmore Avenue Both Entire Extent
Hudson Avenue Both From Dixie Highway To the end.
Hudson Avenue North No parking for the first 230 feet on the North Side starting at the intersection of Dixie Highway traveling West.
Hudson Avenue Both There will be No Parking on Both sides West of its intersection With Evergreen Drive
Kearney Court Circle Within five feet of the end of the cul-de-sac and/or circle and/or T-formation.
North Ashbrook Circle Circle Within five feet of the end at the cul-de-sac.
Paul Hesser Drive Circle Within five feet of the end at the cul-de-sac.
South Ashbrook Circle Circle Within five feet of the end at the cul-de-sac.
Effective Date of Ordinance: This Ordinance shall be effective when read, passed
and published according to Law.
