CITY OF LAKESIDE PARK, KENTUCKY
ORDINANCE 5-2025
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKESIDE PARK, KENTUCKY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 07-2024, ADOPTING THE CITY OF LAKESIDE PARK, KENTUCKY, BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2024, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025. ESTIMATING REVENUES AND AVAILABLE RESOURCES OF $3,541,232.36 AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS OF $2,729,000.00 FOR THE OPERATING OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously passed Ordinance No. 07-2024 adopting a budget proposal for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, though June 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed such budget, had determined that amendments to said budget are necessary and made necessary modifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakeside Park, Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION I
That the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, is hereby amended and adopted per attached EXHIBIT “A”.
SECTION II
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance shall be and hereby repealed to the extent of said conflict.
SECTION III
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, publication and recording, according to law.
