ORDINANCE NO. 06-2026
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKESIDE PARK, KENTUCKY AMENDING CHAPTER 40: MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS, ARTICLE II, PARKING, SECTION 40.251 TITLED STREETS DESIGNED WITH FIRE LANES
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend Ordinance No. 5-2012 Codified as Sections 40.251, enacted March 21, 2012, and relating to “No Parking Fire Lane Regulations,” in the City of Lakeside Park, Kentucky; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Lakeside Park, Kenton County, Kentucky that Chapter 40 titled “MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATION, ARTICLE II PARKING,” Section 40.251 titled “Streets Designated with Fire Lanes” be amended as follows:
40.251 STREETS DESIGNATED WITH FIRE LANES
The following streets are designated as having fire lanes where parking at all times is prohibited. Fire lanes are to be used by emergency vehicles only.
